Regular meetings of The Celiac Sprue Association / United States of America, Inc. (CSA/USA) Chapter 4, serving the Greater Kansas City area, take place on the second Sunday of every month from 2–4 PM at the Community Center Building, Building D, of the St. Joseph Health Center. The Health Center is located in south Kansas City near I-435 and the Missouri/Kansas state line.

Meetings are especially invaluable for those who are newly diagnosed, with Celiac Disease, and their families.

| June 10, 2012 | Dr. Cydney McQueen, UMKC Associate professor of Pharmacy, will speak on guidelines for evaluating dietary supplements and common interactions with other non-prescription and prescription drugs. |
| July 8, 2012 | Karen Breshears, our chapter dietitian, will provide information on hidden gluten, reading product labels, and/or nutritional value. |
| Aug 12, 2012 | Indoor picnic at St. Joseph’s Medical Center. Details to be announced later. |
| Sept 9, 2012 | Speaker from Nature’s Pantry. Presentation, samples, and products to purchase. |
