Gluten-Free Friendly Restaurants in KC

The following is an alphabetical list of local restaurants with gluten-free menus and accommodations and/or restaurants that have successfully served celiacs with no adverse reactions that we are aware of.  It is the responsibility of every consumer to verify each restaurant’s ability to safely accommodate his/her gluten-free diet and to make his/her own decision whether to patronize the restaurant. Consumers should discuss their dietary restrictions with servers, chefs, and/or restaurant managers to verify safe dining.  Always specify that you must have gluten-free.  CSA Chapter 4 does not recommend, endorse, or guarantee the safety of any establishment on the list. 

Many of these restaurants have gluten-free menus and/or gluten allergen information on their websites.  It is good practice to view the information on the websites before visiting the restaurants, because some restaurants’ gluten-free menu choices are rather limited.  In some cases, the consumer must click through a series of screens in the website to access the gluten-free information.
